Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Terms version: 2026-10-14-v4
These terms are an agreement between you and J Blaze Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as aiRepoFix ("aiRepoFix", "we", "us"), operator of aiRepoFix.com. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
1. Accepting these terms. You accept these terms by checking the box agreeing to them when you submit a request, and again when you pay for an order. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. The service is not offered to or directed at people in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK) or Switzerland. By ordering, you confirm that you (and any company you order for) are not located there. If we learn that an order comes from one of those places, we may decline or cancel it and refund you in full. If you order for a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that company.
2. What we do. We review a GitHub repository you give us access to and try to fix the specific problem you describe in your order. We deliver changes only as a pull request: a proposed change on GitHub that you can review, test, and then approve (merge) into your code or reject. Nothing is added to your code until you merge it.
3. Requests, approval, and when an order is formed. Submitting our intake form is a request, not an order, and you are not charged for it. We review each request and email you either (a) the tier we recommend, with a Stripe payment link for that tier, or (b) a note that we can't take the job. We may decline any request that doesn't fit our service, with no charge. An order, and our contract to do that work, is formed only when you pay through the payment link we send you after approving your request. If you pay without an approved request (for example, through a link meant for someone else), we may treat the payment as a request; if we then decline it, we refund you in full.
4. Scope of an order. Each order covers only the issue(s) you describe at intake and we confirm in our approval email, within the limits of the tier you buy:
- Quick ($49): one clearly described bug or build/deploy error.
- Standard ($99): up to 3 related issues, or one harder bug.
- Full ($149): getting the app running end to end, plus a short health report.
New problems, feature requests, and changes not described at intake are not included; we may quote them as a separate order. If, after you pay, the work turns out to need a higher tier, we'll tell you before going further, and you can upgrade, narrow the request, or get a full refund. If, after you pay, we find the job doesn't fit our service, we refund you in full (except as described in section 14).
5. Payment. Prices are flat fees in US dollars, paid up front through the Stripe payment link we send after approving your request. We don't store your card details.
6. Delivery and our 48-hour guarantee. Delivery happens when we open a pull request on your repository and email you a summary. The refund window starts on that day. We deliver within 48 hours of a complete order, or we refund 20% of the price you paid (the "48-hour guarantee"). How the 48 hours are counted:
- An order is complete when (a) your payment has gone through, (b) our GitHub App or bot account has working access to the repository, and (c) we have the information we need to reproduce the issue. The clock starts when the last of these happens.
- The clock is paused on Saturdays, Sundays, and US federal holidays (US Central Time), and whenever we're waiting on you: for example, for missing information, an answer to our question, fixed repository access, or your decision on an upgrade under section 4.
- The 20% late-delivery refund is paid automatically to your original payment method. It is separate from the money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy. If you also get a full refund, the full refund replaces it, and total refunds for an order never exceed what you paid.
[Note for Jon/counsel: this is a firm commitment. Only keep it if delivery within 48 counted hours is achievable on every order, including escalations.]
7. Changes are delivered only by pull request. We will not push to your main branch, merge, or deploy anything. We recommend turning on branch protection for your main branch while we have access. You decide whether to review, test, and merge the pull request. Once you merge, you are responsible for the change in your codebase and in production. Please test before you merge.
8. Access to your code. You give us access only to the repository involved, using our GitHub App (preferred) or a bot collaborator account. Our GitHub App requests only the minimum permissions needed to read the code, push a separate branch, and open a pull request; collaborator access is broader, so use it only if you can't install the App. We only open pull requests. You can remove our access at any time. You confirm you own the repository or have permission to share it with us. Never make a private repository public, even temporarily, to give us access. Public code can be copied or forked by anyone, and making the repository private again doesn't undo that.
9. No secrets. We do not ask for, and you must not send us, passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, .env files, or other credentials. If you send any by mistake, tell us at support@airepofix.com; we will delete them, and you should rotate (replace) them. Secrets already committed in your repository will be visible to us and to the service providers that process your code. We are not responsible for secrets you send us or that are already in your repository.
10. Personal data in your repository. Please remove personal data about other people (for example, real customer records in seed files, databases, logs, or screenshots) before giving us access. If your repository or materials contain personal data, you confirm you have the right to share it with us for this purpose. We use it only to do the work and delete it as described in section 11. Business customers can ask for a data processing agreement (DPA) at support@airepofix.com.
11. How we handle your code.
- We work on your code in temporary, isolated environments.
- We delete the copies of your code that we control within 30 days of delivery. We keep them until then only so we can handle a refund request. Any data our providers keep is governed by their own retention policies, not by this 30-day promise.
- Our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your code, and may briefly retain data for abuse detection under their own policies.
- We do not sell your code. Third-party AI and hosting providers process your code only to provide the service to us. Our AI providers (including Cursor and the AI model providers it uses (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini, via Vertex AI), SpaceXAI, Meta and TypeSafe AI) and the inference providers that host models for Cursor) may run automated abuse-detection checks on the requests we send them. If a request triggers one of those checks, the provider may store the related data for investigation and delete it under its own retention rules. We don't control those checks or that retention. The providers and their retention terms are listed in our Privacy Policy; Cursor's full subprocessor list is at https://trust.cursor.com/subprocessors.
- We will not publish your code or describe your project publicly without your written permission.
12. Use of AI. Most of the diagnosis and fixing is done by automated AI tools. If the automated process can't resolve your issue, it is escalated to a person. We don't promise that a person reviews every pull request. AI-generated code can contain mistakes. That's one reason every change comes as a pull request for you to review.
13. Ownership. You keep all rights to your code. Once an order is delivered and paid for (and not fully refunded), we assign to you any rights we have in the changes in the pull request. Open-source code and third-party components included in or required by the changes remain under their own licenses. We keep our general know-how, tools, and techniques, and may reuse them for other customers, but never your code.
14. Things you agree not to do. Don't submit repositories you don't have permission to share, code meant to harm people or systems (malware, spam tools, etc.), or anything illegal. We may refuse or stop work on such requests. If we stop for this reason, we may decline to refund you.
15. Refunds. Covered by our Refund Policy.
16. Disclaimer of warranties. EXCEPT FOR THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND 48-HOUR GUARANTEE IN OUR TERMS AND REFUND POLICY, THE SERVICE AND ALL CHANGES WE DELIVER ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WORKMANLIKE PERFORMANCE. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT YOUR APP WILL BE FREE OF OTHER BUGS OR SECURE. YOUR ONLY REMEDIES IF A FIX DOESN'T WORK OR IS LATE ARE THE REFUNDS DESCRIBED IN OUR REFUND POLICY. Some places don't allow warranties to be disclaimed, so some of this may not apply to you.
17. Limit of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO AN ORDER OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER; AND (B) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, SUCH AS LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, DOWNTIME, OR PROBLEMS CAUSED AFTER YOU MERGE OR DEPLOY A CHANGE, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE LOSSES. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
18. Your responsibility for claims. You will defend and indemnify J Blaze Holdings LLC and its owners against claims, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from code, data, or other material you give us, your lack of rights to share it, your breach of these terms, or your use of delivered changes after you merge them.
19. Resolving disputes: informal resolution, individual arbitration, and class-action waiver. [DRAFT FOR COUNSEL: this arbitration section is a drafting suggestion and has not been reviewed. Counsel to confirm the administrator (AAA or JAMS), the fee terms, the opt-out mechanics, and enforceability before launch.]
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. UNLESS YOU OPT OUT (SECTION 19(h)), IT REQUIRES YOU AND US TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS.
- (a) Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email us at support@airepofix.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally before starting arbitration or a court case.
- (b) Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute or claim between you and us arising out of or relating to these terms, an order, or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except as described in (c) and (h). The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, if AAA is unavailable or both of us agree, by JAMS under its applicable consumer rules). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. An arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, but only for the individual party bringing the claim.
- (c) Small claims court. Instead of arbitration, either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and stays there.
- (d) Fees. For claims under $10,000, we will pay any filing, administration and arbitrator fees beyond what you would have paid to file the claim in court. For other claims, fees are paid as the administrator's rules provide. Each side pays its own lawyers' fees unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law.
- (e) No in-person hearing required. You won't have to appear in person. Claims within small-claims limits are decided on written submissions, or by phone or video hearing if either of us or the arbitrator asks. Any other hearing may also be held by phone or video.
- (f) Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine claims of different customers. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be decided by a court under (i), not in arbitration.
- (g) Jury-trial waiver. Because disputes are resolved by an arbitrator or in small claims court, you and we give up the right to a jury trial. If a claim does go to court (for example, because you opted out or the claim is not subject to arbitration), you and we waive a jury trial to the extent the law allows.
- (h) 30-day right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@airepofix.com within 30 days after you first accept these terms, with your name, the email address on your order, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these terms.
- (i) Courts. Any claim that is not arbitrated (including after a valid opt-out) and any action to compel, confirm or set aside an arbitration award must be brought in the state courts of Wyoming or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, except for small claims under (c), and you and we consent to those courts. [TODO: counsel to confirm whether to name a specific Wyoming county.]
20. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
21. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. Each version has a version label at the top of this page. The version you accepted when you placed an order applies to that order.
22. General.
- Entire agreement: these terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
- Severability: if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver: not enforcing a term right away doesn't mean we give it up.
- Assignment: you may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization.
- Events beyond our control: we're not responsible for delays caused by outages at GitHub or other providers, or other events outside our reasonable control.
- Notices: we may send notices to the email address on your order. You may send notices to support@airepofix.com or the mailing address below. Email notices count as written notices.
- Relationship: we are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
