Refund Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Our guarantee: fixed, or your money back
If we don't fix the issue you described at intake, you get your money back. Separately, if we deliver late, you get 20% back (section 4). The details below explain what "fixed" means and what the guarantees don't cover. Before you pay, nothing is charged: if we decline your request, you owe nothing.
1. What "fixed" means
An issue is fixed when our pull request resolves the problem as you described it at intake (including the error messages and steps to reproduce you gave us), so that the problem no longer happens when the app is built and run as described in our pull request notes. We confirm this by reproducing the fix in our own test environment.
2. You get a full refund if
- we don't deliver a pull request for your order;
- the pull request doesn't fix the issue as you described it at intake (see section 1);
- we decline your order after you've paid, or you paid without an approved request and we decline it (unless we stop work because the request breaks section 14 of our Terms); or
- the work turns out to need a higher tier and you choose a refund instead of upgrading or narrowing the request (section 4 of our Terms).
3. Orders with more than one issue (pro rata refunds)
If your order covers more than one issue (for example, a Standard order with up to 3 issues) and we fix some but not all of them, you choose one of these:
- (a) Full refund: we refund the whole price, and you close the pull request without merging it; or
- (b) Keep the pull request plus a pro rata refund: you keep the pull request and we refund the tier price divided by the number of issues listed at intake, for each issue we didn't fix (rounded to the nearest cent).
Example: a Standard order ($99) with 3 issues listed at intake, where we fix 2 and 1 isn't fixed. Option (a): $99 back and you close the pull request without merging. Option (b): you keep the pull request and get $99 ÷ 3 = $33 back.
For a Full order, if we can't get the app running end to end, you get a full refund.
4. Late delivery: 20% back (96-hour guarantee)
We deliver within 96 hours of a complete order, or we refund 20% of the price you paid. This is separate from the money-back guarantee above. The 96 hours, what makes an order "complete" (payment gone through, working repository access, and the information we need to reproduce the issue), and when the clock pauses (weekends, US federal holidays, and time waiting on you) are defined in section 6 of our Terms. We pay the late-delivery refund automatically; you don't need to ask. If you also get a full refund, the full refund replaces it, and total refunds never exceed what you paid. Example: a Quick order ($49) delivered late but fixed gets $9.80 back.
5. How to ask for a refund
Reply to your delivery email or write to support@airepofix.com within 7 days of delivery. "Delivery" means the day we email you that the pull request is open. Tell us what still isn't working. We may ask a quick question or offer one more attempt. If the issue still isn't fixed and you'd rather have your money back, you'll get it.
6. Automatic refunds
If we can't fix your issue, we'll tell you and refund you without you having to ask.
7. What isn't covered
- new problems, or problems not described at intake;
- feature requests or design changes;
- problems caused by changes made after our pull request (by you, another person, or an AI tool);
- problems that depend on services or settings we can't access (for example, your hosting dashboard or a third-party account), if we told you this in the pull request notes;
- requests made more than 7 days after delivery;
- orders we stop because the request breaks section 14 of our Terms (for example, malware or a repository you don't have permission to share).
8. If you receive a full refund
A full refund means the order wasn't paid for, so the changes in the pull request don't become yours under section 13 of our Terms. Please close the pull request without merging it.
9. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
10. Please contact us before disputing a charge
If something's wrong, email us first. We can usually fix it or refund you faster than a card dispute. This doesn't limit any rights you have with your bank or under consumer protection laws that apply to you. Any other dispute about a refund is handled under section 19 of our Terms (informal resolution first, then individual arbitration unless you opted out, or small claims court).
