Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains what information J Blaze Holdings LLC ("aiRepoFix", "we", "us"), operator of aiRepoFix.com, collects, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: support@airepofix.com.
1. What we collect
- What you tell us in the intake form: email address, name (optional), GitHub repository URL and branch, a description of the problem, error messages, steps to reproduce, screenshots, the tools and services your app uses, and anything else you choose to add.
- Which page or ad brought you to the form: a short source label (for example "seo" or "gads") saved with your submission so we know which pages are useful. No cookies and no cross-site tracking.
- Your code: the contents of the one repository you give us access to (through our GitHub App or a bot collaborator account).
- Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email, the amount paid, the product bought, and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: emails you send us and our replies.
- Your agreement to our terms: when you accept our Terms, we record the time, your email, and which version you accepted.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability. We don't use advertising trackers or cross-site tracking.
Please don't send us secrets (passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, or .env files). We don't need them. If you send any by mistake, tell us; we'll delete them, and you should rotate (replace) them. Secrets already committed in your repository will be visible to us and to our service providers.
Other people's personal data. Repositories, logs, and screenshots sometimes contain personal data about your own users. Please remove it before giving us access. If any is included, you confirm you have the right to share it with us; we use it only to do the work and delete it on the schedule in section 4. Business customers can ask for a data processing agreement (DPA) at support@airepofix.com.
2. How we use it
- to review your request, recommend a tier, and do the work you paid for;
- to deliver the pull request and explain the fix;
- to process payments and refunds;
- to reply to you and send service emails about your order;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure;
- to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information. Our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your code, and may briefly retain data for abuse detection under their own policies. See section 3. We will not publish your code or describe your project publicly without your written permission. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Service emails about your order aren't marketing.
3. Who processes your information (service providers)
To provide the service, third-party AI and hosting providers process your code and related order information on our behalf, only to provide the service to us. They are bound by their own terms, not by this policy. Our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your code, and may briefly retain data for abuse detection under their own policies. We list them by name below.
| What the provider does | What they process | Provider and retention / training terms |
|---|---|---|
| Code processing (AI agent): the AI agent that diagnoses and fixes code, including the temporary environments where it builds and tests | Your code, problem description, error messages, screenshots | Cursor (Anysphere, Inc.), run with Privacy Mode. Cursor passes prompts and code to the AI model providers it uses. Cursor's official subprocessor list (checked October 14, 2026) names these AI model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini, via Vertex AI), SpaceXAI, Meta and TypeSafe AI; and these inference providers that host and serve AI models for Cursor: Fireworks, Baseten, Together, Databricks, Nebius and CoreWeave. Cursor's own infrastructure is hosted mainly on Amazon Web Services, with some on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Cursor's full subprocessor list is at https://trust.cursor.com/subprocessors. |
| Website hosting and intake form | Website visits and basic request logs; intake form answers and uploaded screenshots | Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), including Netlify Forms |
| Payments | Payment and billing details | Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). We never see your full card number. |
| Code hosting | Repository access, branches, and pull requests | GitHub (GitHub, Inc.) |
| Emails you send to support@airepofix.com and our replies | Email forwarding by ImprovMX; mailbox hosted by Google (Google Workspace) |
Abuse-detection checks. Our AI providers (including Cursor and the AI model and inference providers it uses, listed in section 3 above) may run automated abuse-detection checks on the requests we send them. If a request triggers one of those checks, the provider may store the related data for investigation and delete it under its own retention rules. We don't control those checks or that retention.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information).
4. How long we keep it
- Your code: we delete the copies we control within 30 days of delivery. We keep them only long enough to handle any refund request (refunds can be requested within 7 days of delivery). Temporary build environments are destroyed after each job. This 30-day promise covers only the copies we control. Data held by our providers (including anything kept after an abuse-detection check) is governed by their own retention policies (see section 3).
- Intake form answers and emails: kept for up to 2 years after your last order or message for support and record-keeping (this includes the record of your acceptance of our terms), unless you ask us to delete them sooner (see section 6).
- Payment and order records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
5. Security
We limit access to the single repository you choose, request only the GitHub permissions we need, use temporary isolated environments, don't ask for your secrets, and deliver changes only as pull requests. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. Your choices and rights
- Remove our access to your repository at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App or removing the bot collaborator. Never make a private repository public to give us access; public code can be copied by anyone, and making it private again doesn't undo that.
- Ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing support@airepofix.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records (such as payment records) where the law requires it.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
7. Do Not Track
Our site doesn't track you across other websites, so it doesn't change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
8. Children
aiRepoFix is only for people 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live; see our Terms). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you think a minor has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Where we offer the service
aiRepoFix is not offered to or directed at people in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK) or Switzerland. When you submit a request, we ask you to confirm that you are not located in any of those places (see section 1 of our Terms). If we learn that a request comes from one of them, we will decline it, refund any payment, and delete the information we received, except records we must keep by law.
We are based in the United States. If you use the service from another country, your information will be processed in the US and possibly in other countries where our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll tell customers with active orders by email.
